can't believe the government can't do the same 6 Months, 4 Weeks ago

Seriously? Virtually all of the majority of the federal government has to lose a week's worth of productivity because of 2 snow storms...Each day it's closed, the federal government loses $100 million in productivity and untapped business opportunities. How could we ever have avoided this? The 9% of fed workers that telework are prepared, the other 91%, not so much...
