How can I make a case to work from home 100% 7 Months, 1 Week ago  
I currently work from home part time (3 in office 2 in home) and find it very beneficial in comparison to my past arrangements. My schedule has been this was for almost 6 months and I am positive that I am much more productive when working from home. My job roll does not dictate that I need to be in the office at all - so I would like to submit to my boss a proposal for me to work from home 100% of the time.... Any advice on what I need to do or some info on what I should include in my proposal to my boss??? I may only get one shot at this and I do not want to strikeout.

You must make the case in a way that clearly outlines the benefits to the company. If you are positive that you are more productive at home, begin to create documentation of your productivity increases and include that as part of your case. If your work-at-home situation allows your company to reduce overhead such as real estate, electricity, etc. be sure to include direct cost savings estimates. In addition, there may be state tax incentives for your company for implementing a legitimate telework program, so look into that.

Your unique situation dictates the types of issues you should focus on but the main thing you'll need to prove is that you working at home benefits the company.
