Amy Trulson is the Regional Workplace Strategist for the Americas, for Microsoft.   Her role is part of the Real Estate and Facilities organization’s center-led group, Global Workplace Strategies. She has been working with Microsoft for 4 years, evolving Microsoft’s workplace and driving the Workplace Advantage program that started in 2003. She has led the workplace strategy & design in all of the projects in North America & Latam over the past 2 years, working with IT, local architects and the change management process.  Amy brings 14 years of experience in workplace design, architecture & workplace strategies to the role. Her work focuses on ensuring that Microsoft employees have effective and inspiring workplaces, and continuing the success of the Workplace Advantage program across the Americas.
