Tim Lorman is the Program Manager for Alternative Workplace Design and Implementation Strategies at Serco-NA. Tim is responsible for building and leading an international line of business that is focused on supporting the growing need for telework and alternative workplace program design and management services in governmental agencies and commercial enterprises. In addition, Tim is an experienced asset management strategy and facility operations technology consultant currently working on assignments based in Saudi Arabia, the UK, Canada, the UAE and Australia.

Prior to joining Serco, Tim was the Director of Strategic Space Planning in the Corporate Services group at TIAA-CREF. He lead the Alternative Workplace Strategy (AWS) telecommuting program and was responsible for the company’s overall strategic space utilization. In addition, he was in charge of the corporate conference-services team. Tim brings more than 13 years of experience to assignments in asset management analysis, corporate space planning and management, alternative workplace strategies and occupancy data analysis. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, Tim served as Chief Executive Officer of Collective View, a space-management software and real-estate consulting company that he founded in 2000. He also served as a Regional Director with Gensler Information Solutions.

Tim studied architecture at Ball State University. He also holds a master’s in education administration from the University of New Mexico, where he is currently completing his dissertation for a doctorate in philosophy.
